Fan2Mate is a platform operated by Talos Shield Pty Ltd, a company incorporated in Australia. By creating an account and using the Fan2Mate platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Fan2Mate
Fan2Mate is an experience marketplace that connects celebrities and content creators with their fans through milestone-based, real-life experiences. The platform allows celebrities to create and publish experiences, and fans to purchase and unlock those experiences. Fan2Mate is operated by Talos Shield Pty Ltd, registered in Australia. References to "Fan2Mate", "we", "us", or "the platform" in these Terms refer to Talos Shield Pty Ltd.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the platform in any capacity.
- By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age requirements are not met.
- These Terms apply to all users including fans, celebrities, and content creators regardless of their country of residence.
3. Account Registration and Verification
- All users must register with a valid email address and verify that address before accessing the platform.
- All users must provide a valid phone number, which will be verified via a one-time password (OTP).
- Celebrities and content creators must complete identity verification (KYC) via our secure third-party verification partner before publishing any experience. KYC verification costs are borne by the celebrity.
- At least one social media account must be connected and verified via OAuth authentication before a celebrity profile becomes publicly visible.
- Celebrity profiles are subject to manual review and approval by Fan2Mate before becoming publicly visible on the platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not create more than one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person will be suspended.
4. Platform Rules and Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Fan2Mate:
- Creating fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles or experiences.
- Arranging or attempting to arrange meetings, payments, or interactions with other users outside of the Fan2Mate platform.
- Offering, requesting, or engaging in any adult, intimate, romantic, or dating-style interactions.
- Harassing, threatening, or sending inappropriate messages to any other user.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Australian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees, payment systems, or security measures.
- Uploading content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
5.1 Experiences — For Celebrities
- Celebrities may create experiences with or without milestone tiers. Milestones are optional.
- If milestones are defined, each milestone must have a specific value and an associated reward (digital or physical).
- Celebrities must specify whether each milestone reward is digital or physical, as this determines the payment and delivery timeline.
- Celebrities must specify either a specific experience date or a delivery duration (from 1 to 12 months) when creating an experience.
- All experiences are subject to review and approval by Fan2Mate before going live.
- Celebrities must have a verified payout method and a pre-authorized payment method on file before publishing any experience.
- For experiences with no specific date, celebrities must provide fans with a minimum of 14 days notice when announcing a scheduled date.
5.2 Experiences — For Fans
- Fans may purchase experiences by paying the full experience price or, where milestones are defined, the full value of each milestone tier.
- Partial payments are not accepted. Each payment must be the full experience price or the full milestone value.
- Instalment or recurring payment plans are not available.
- For group experiences, seats are confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis by payment timestamp.
- Fans placed on a waitlist due to a group experience reaching its seat capacity may request a full refund at any time.
6.1 Payment — Digital Milestone Rewards
- Payment is authorized at the time of purchase but not immediately charged.
- The celebrity has 7 days to deliver the milestone reward and confirm delivery on the platform.
- The fan is notified upon delivery confirmation and has the remaining time within the 7-day window to raise a dispute.
- If no dispute is received before day 7, the payment is automatically charged on day 7.
- The celebrity receives a reminder notification on day 3 and day 6 to deliver the reward.
- The fan's experience page displays a countdown timer showing the remaining time in the authorization window.
- The fan receives a notification on day 6 to raise a dispute if needed before automatic charge.
6.2 Payment — Physical Milestone Rewards
- Payment for physical milestone rewards is charged immediately at the time of purchase since authorization holds do not support extended physical delivery timelines.
- A clear notice is shown to the fan at the time of payment confirming immediate charge and 31-day refund protection.
- The celebrity has 31 days to deliver the physical reward.
- After 31 days, the fan may request a full refund at any time. There is no automatic refund trigger.
- If the fan is satisfied to wait beyond 31 days, no action is required.
6.3 Full Experience Payment — Specific Scheduled Date
- Payment is authorized at the time of purchase but not immediately charged.
- If no dispute or cancellation occurs within 7 days, the payment is automatically charged on day 7.
- The fan may cancel at any time from the date of payment up to 48 hours before the scheduled experience date.
- Cancellation within the 7-day authorization window (before charge): full refund, no fees.
- Cancellation after day 7 (after charge) and before the 48-hour window: full refund minus Stripe payment processing fee (~2.9% + AUD 0.30).
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled date: no refund, unless the celebrity chooses to issue a goodwill refund.
6.4 Full Experience Payment — Duration-Based
- Payment is authorized at the time of purchase and charged on day 7 if no dispute or cancellation occurs.
- The celebrity selects a delivery duration at the time of creating the experience (1 to 12 months).
- The celebrity must announce a specific experience date with a minimum of 14 days notice to the fan.
- Once a date is announced, the 48-hour cancellation window rules apply.
- Before a date is announced, the fan may cancel at any time and receive a full refund minus processing fees (if already charged after day 7).
- If the celebrity fails to deliver or schedule the experience within the selected duration, a 14-day grace period is triggered. Both parties are notified.
- If no resolution occurs within the grace period, a full automatic refund is issued to the fan and the celebrity is liable for Stripe processing fees.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Celebrity cancellation: full refund to the fan in all cases. Before charge, no fee. After charge, the celebrity is liable for Stripe processing fees collected from their balance, next payout, or pre-authorised payment method.
Fan cancellation follows the per-mode rules in Section 6. Fan-initiated cancellation of a milestone journey forfeits prior milestone payments but the fan keeps all milestone rewards already received.
All milestone rewards received by a fan are kept permanently regardless of any subsequent cancellation, dispute, or refund.
Disputes raised after payment has been released are reviewed by Fan2Mate's support team. Fan2Mate may claw back funds from the celebrity's future payouts where a post-delivery dispute is upheld. Stripe dispute fees (~AUD 25) are borne by the party found to be at fault.
8. Platform Fees
- Fan2Mate charges a 15% success fee on all completed experience transactions.
- Celebrities receive 85% of the total amount paid by each fan for each successfully completed experience or milestone.
- Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are separate from the platform fee.
- All fees are clearly displayed to celebrities at the time of experience creation and payout.
9. Content and Intellectual Property
Celebrities retain ownership of all content they upload. By uploading content, celebrities grant Talos Shield Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating and marketing the Fan2Mate platform. This licence ends when the content or account is removed.
You must not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. Fan2Mate will respond to valid takedown notices in accordance with applicable law.
10. Privacy
Your use of Fan2Mate is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. See fan2mate.com/privacy for how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talos Shield Pty Ltd's total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. Fan2Mate is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, except where Fan2Mate has acted with gross negligence or fraud.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes after 30 days may be referred to arbitration administered by the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) under ACICA's Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is Sydney, Australia, in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
14. Changes to These Terms
Fan2Mate may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email and in-app notification, and the updated Terms will be presented at next login. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform and may request deletion via legal@fan2mate.com.
15. Termination
Fan2Mate may suspend or terminate any account for breach of these Terms. On termination, pending authorized payments are released and escrowed funds handled per Section 7. Users may request account deletion via legal@fan2mate.com.
