Reporting concerns

If you see a listing or a message that breaks our rules — impersonation, harassment, off-platform payments, anything unsafe — tell us. Every report is reviewed by a human within one business day.

How to stay safe as a fan

  • Always pledge and message through Fan2Mate — never pay a celebrity directly.
  • Read the listing's "What's included" and "Where it happens" sections carefully before pledging.
  • If a celebrity ever asks for extra payment outside the platform, report it immediately.
  • Keep your account secure — use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication.
